Small Features, Sharp Corners, and Closely Spaced Features are all handled more easily by laser cutting than by conventional milling or punching. This is especially true in soft or thin materials.

Our CNC tables can handle simultaneous 4 axis (XYZ and Rotary) cutting.

We specialize in small precision parts, large thin foils, medical parts, complex shapes, and tube cutting of all kinds. Our tube cutting includes chemical and semiconductor process tubing, hypodermic tubes, bicycle frames, bicycle weld gussets and a variety of other bicycle components.

We can tumble-deburr parts and we can utrasonic clean or electropolish any parts including medical parts and hypodermic tubes. We are happy to provide anodizing, gold plate, and other finishing through one of our partner shops in the area.

We can provide CNC milling, CNC lathe work, wire EDM, and TIG welding for projects that require these fabrication operations in addition to laser welding and cutting.
